Tahitian Fried Oysters- Fresh oysters breaded and pan fried and served on a bed of braised leeks finished with a Tahitian vanilla sauce. $8.95

Caesar Salad –Tender hearts of romaine tossed with a zesty lemon garlic dressing and garnished with roasted garlic croutons. $5.95 ....

Duck Confit Salad- Confit of duck leg quickly sauteed with a cabbage and carrot salad, and finished with fresh thyme and sherry vinegar. $7.95

Pan Fried Crabcakes- Lump crabmeat mixed with Brie cheese, fresh herbs and seasonings. Pan - fried in olive oil, Served with grilled Belgian endive and a ginger cilantro and lime sauce. $9.95

Smoked Salmon Asparagus Wrap- Tender spears of asparagus gently blanched and wrapped with an herbed cheese spread in smoked salmon topped with a lemon dill oil drizzle. $8.95

Grist Mill Scampi- Large shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallots, oven dried tomatoes, and fresh herbs finished with Harvey’s Bristol cream and crumbled goat cheese served over fettuccini. $24.95

Veal Scallopini- Tender medallions of veal dipped in an herbed egg batter and pan fried, served over fettuccini Alfredo with a light lemon caper sauce. $24.95

Herb Encrusted Rack Of Lamb- Stuffed with roasted garlic, and spinach, brushed with Dijon mustard and dusted with bread crumbs then finished with the chefs signature Rosemary jus. $27.95

Pepper Encrusted Venison- Tender medallions pan roasted, thinly sliced and served with our dried cherry sauce. $27.95

Pan Seared Halibut- Fresh Alaskan halibut fillet pan seared and served over a spicy Thai shrimp fried rice and a cilantro creme fraiche. $24.95
